
Three strokes per hand, alternating. Sometimes called the French roll. Harder than it looks because the third stroke of each group tends to die.
Work on the third note. Use fingers to keep it as strong as the first two instead of letting the bounce fade. Play it as triplets at 60 to 80 BPM and accent nothing. All three notes per hand should match. When the groups sound like one smooth stream, speed it up.
