What it is
A triplet built from a flammed double plus a single: flam, same hand, other hand. One lead hand the whole time, unlike the flam accent.
How to practice it
Play it next to the flam accent. A listener hears the same thing, but the sticking is nothing alike. The flammed double is most of the work, so make sure the second right (or left) speaks clearly. Because it does not alternate, put in left-lead reps or it will never develop.
