A triplet built from a flammed double plus a single: flam, same hand, other hand. One lead hand the whole time, unlike the flam accent.
Compare it directly with the flam accent: same sound to a listener, completely different sticking. The flammed double does the heavy lifting, so make sure the second right (or left) speaks clearly. Because it does not alternate, drill left-lead deliberately or it will never develop.
Swiss Basel drumming heritage, modern corps writing, and fast triplet textures around the kit at tempos where flam accents fall apart.
