Flam Drag

What it is
A triplet with a flam on the first note and a drag on the second: flam and drag vocabulary in one rudiment.
How to practice it
Keep the drag's two grace notes low and relaxed or they swallow the triplet. Frame is the same as the flam accent, so learn that one first, then swap the middle note for a dragged note. Listen for three even triplet pulses underneath all the ornaments; if the grid bends, slow down.
