Flam Drag

What it is
A triplet with a flam on the first note and a drag on the second.
How to practice it
Keep the drag's two grace notes low and relaxed or they swallow the triplet. It sits in the same triplet as the flam accent, so learn that one first, then swap the middle note for a dragged note. Listen for three even triplet pulses underneath all the grace notes. If the triplet bends, slow down.

Corps and rudimental writing where flams and drags mix, and it makes a nice triplet fill.
