What it is
A drag followed by an accented tap on the other hand, alternating. Two note melody, three note ornament.
How to practice it
Put the accent on the tap, not the dragged note. That is the traditional voicing and it feels backwards at first. The dragged note stays low, the answering tap pops. Work it as swung 8ths around 60 to 80 BPM, then straighten it out. Both versions show up in real music.
