A single paradiddle with a flam replacing the accent. Same hand motion you already know, one grace note added.
Get the paradiddle clean first. This one will find any weak diddle fast. Then add the grace note on beat one of each group. Watch that the flam does not slow the first note down. The 16ths underneath have to stay steady. Alternate groups flip the lead hand just like the plain paradiddle.
Marching parts, newer drumline licks, and a thick groove sound when you split it between snare and toms.
