Flam Paradiddle

What it is
A single paradiddle with a flam replacing the accent. Same hand motion you already know, one grace note added.
How to practice it
Get the paradiddle clean first; this rudiment will expose any diddle weakness immediately. Then add the grace note on beat one of each group. Watch that the flam does not slow the first note down: the underlying 16th grid must stay rigid. Alternate groups flip the lead hand just like the plain paradiddle.
