What it is
A ratamacue with an extra dragged note in front of it: two drags, then the triplet into the accent.
How to practice it
Build it straight from the single ratamacue. Play the extra dragged note as a pickup, then run the figure you already know. Both drags need the same width and softness. The phrase is longer so the ending accent matters even more. Do not let it flatten out.
