What it is
Seven doubles plus the release note, usually a bit under two beats of roll resolving onto an accent.
How to practice it
At this length the roll is mostly about the start and the end, so work those. Start clean with no flam, keep it even, and land the accent right on the click. Alternate lead hands between repetitions so both sides learn to start and finish.
